It was both a happy and sad morning as we rose to the last bugle of Session 3A. Exciting to see our loved ones but sorrowful to see campers leave this special place. The kitchen sent us out with a good one of waffles, sausage links, fresh blueberries and strawberries, with whip cream to top it off. We wrapped up the meal with a camp hymn and doxology to close this amazing time together. 

As the cars picked up the 2-week campers, the rockstar 4-week campers came down for a special wings and things lunch! Next up was the best hour REST HOUR followed by a free swim and trading post. Late afternoon was a much anticipated staff and camper soccer match which came down to the wire. 

The bell rang for dinner where hot chicken parm, veggies, and biscuits came rolling out. However, the best was yet to come with snacks and drinks up at the Mark and an assortment of games. 

As we lay our heads to rest, we can’t wait for the next group of campers to join us for these final 2 weeks! Who will surge forward in the race for the banner? What memorable friendships will grow stronger? Where will we go for legendary trips. Some say last session best session, but you’ll have to find out for yourself.
